Brookfield Conference Center

The modular design of the Brookfield Conference Center was not by accident. Indeed it was deliberate, allowing for maximum opportunities for the users. With over 40,000 sq. ft. of meeting/function space, the options are endless for event layout and design. The Connect Ballroom offers 18,000 sq. ft. of space and 11 different layout configurations, fully carpeted, beautiful lighting and state of the art sound, lights and audiovisual make this space the centerpiece of the Brookfield Conference Center. The Collaborate Ballroom offers 6,000 sq. ft. of space, beautifully designed light-enhancing channel glass surrounds the space, offering three opportunities to modularly configure the space. Lighting, sound, and audiovisual complete the look and feel of the space. The glass-encased atrium offers a unique 8,000 sq. ft. space for pre or post-function gatherings, breaks, and more. Wisconsinites know that the gorgeous outdoor weather is important for events, and the Brookfield Conference Center offers a spacious, and well designed 9,000 sq. ft. outdoor Celebration Plaza for guests to enjoy. Beautifully landscaped, equipped with lights and easy to service for food and beverage make this an inviting outdoor location. Finally, the Brookfield Conference Center is excited to offer free and ample parking for all guests.

Country Inn & Suites by Carlson

A Carlson property, the Country Inn and Suites in Brookfield caters to the business traveler. Complimentary services include parking, airport shuttle, hot breakfast, high speed internet access, indoor pool and whirlpool, business center, fitness center and free cookies. Other amenities include, dry cleaning and laundry facilities.

An ideal location for any event, the Country Inn & Suites offers a total of 3,500 square feet of meeting space: the 1,500 square foot Elmbrook Room with seating for up to 100, the Deer Creek and Westmoor rooms each at 640 square feet with seating up to 50, and the 325 square foot Boardroom with seating for up to 10. The Double Tree Hilton Hotel is an ideal location for your event. Featuring more than 2,464 square feet of flexible meeting and event space that will seat 12-60 guests comfortably.
